Discuss new furniture, wall coverings, accessories, window treatments, appliances, and layouts.

Purchase new materials.

Install new materials.

Work with client to establish a new layout, repurpose current furnishings and accessories, as well as selecting any new materials that would be incorporated with staging.

Execute staging.

Design encompasses the elements in decorating / staging.

Additionally, we would work with contractors to establish new construction, change in physical layout of walls, etc. Additionally, work with contractors on plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, etc.

Initial consultation with client to determine design aesthetic, scope of project, project budget;

Second consultation to review proposed design, additional contracting services required to complete the project, and project budget review as it pertains to proposal and additional services;

Final consultation to solidify design; services and budget.

Frances Interior Design and Staging will work with client to formulate design, decorating and/or staging needs

Frances Interior Design will manage project from beginning to end, including managing contractors, service providers and any additional services required outside of France Interior’s service offerings.

Any and all contractors and service providers must sign a sub-contractor agreement and have their own full liability insurance coverage; a valid contractors license(s); provide work permits and coverage for all employees in their employee who will provide services on the specified project(s)

Consultations

Initial consultation is free. Should the client decide to move forward, the second consultation will be billed at an hourly rate. Should the client choose to go a different direction, Frances Interior Design and Staging will provide any information and materials to the client for a fee of $150.00.

Contractors

Should the client choose to select their own contractor, the options are:

The contractor works independently under the supervision and risk of the client;

The contractor agrees to work with Frances Interior Design and Staging directly as a sub-contractor and will be required to complete a sub-contractor agreement prior to working with Frances Interior Design and Staging.

Any and all Contractors / Service providers must sign a sub-contractor agreement and have their own full liability insurance coverage; a valid license(s); provide work permits and coverage for all employees in their employee who will provide services on the specified project(s)
